Find your counterpart
Browse by category or search. Your home feed shows people who want what you offer, and people who offer what you want. Save listings you like.

Step 03
Propose a swap
Offer one of your listings, or describe a custom offer. Add a friendly note. The owner can accept, decline, or send a counter offer asking for something else.

Agree and chat
Once accepted, the offer becomes a trade with its own chat. Sort out times, addresses and details there. Everything stays in one place.

Deliver, confirm, review
When you receive your part, press confirm. When both sides confirm, the trade completes and you can review each other. Reputation follows you.

Is it really free?+
Yes. No fees, no subscriptions, no commissions. Kervan has no payment system at all.
What if the other person does not deliver?+
Nothing completes until both sides confirm. If something goes wrong you can open a dispute and a moderator steps in. Reviews keep everyone honest.
How do I know a swap is fair?+
Listings show estimated hours of effort and product condition. Beyond that, fairness is whatever two people agree on. Counter offers exist for a reason.
Can I trade a thing for a service?+
Absolutely. Plates for photos, a drill for a website. Any listing can be swapped for any other.
What can’t I post?+
Anything illegal, anything that requires a licence you do not hold, weapons, medication, and anything a reasonable neighbour would not want to see. See the community rules.
