For most of history, a caravan was how value moved: people travelling together, each carrying something someone else needed, trading along the way. Nobody asked for a price list. You looked at what the other person had, you looked at what you had, and you talked until it felt right.

Kervan brings that back for a city. A designer, an electrician and a ceramics maker have everything the other two need. All that separates them is money, and money is often the thing that is missing.
